Crown of Eternity utilize dense rhythmic oscillations to facilitate a deep state of listening and imagination as well as the movement of prana through the body to deliver a deep energetic reboot of the nervous system. These vibrations are transmitted into the tissues and bones and are often experienced as a full body sound massage that allows us to let go of stress, worries, anxieties, doubt, unwanted patterns, blockages, fears and feelings that have a negative effect on our health and life.

This Sonic Sleepover starts by preparing your body with light breathwork, vocal toning and gentle movement to the sounds of Mike’s unique hammered dulcimer playing and ambient guitar stylings. We will then settle into a cozy space for the night to sleep, to be awake, to meditate or to be amazed by the vastness of the healing sound current!
