You are welcome to bring your own medicine or chocolates will be available at the door.

This overnight journey begins at 7pm and the music will begin at and continue throughout the night. You are invited to bring a "nest" that might include a sleeping pad or yoga mat, an eyemask, earplugs, blankets and whatever else you might need to be comfortable. Remember to bring your toothbrush!

The music will continue until 6 In the morning when we will serve a light breakfast. There will be a Hot Yoga 90 class starting at 10am.
